Q: How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All SALES ARE FINAL! No returns or exchanges. 

Q: Is there a way to see/feel hair before buying?

A: No, we do not offer samples of the hair. 

Q: Is hair only available in two colors?

A: No :-) Custom color is available upon request. Please contact us for more details.

Q: Where is my package?

A: Once item is shipped please keep track with your package through USPS as we no longer have control.  

Q: How do I maintain my hair?

A: Hair care maintenance can be found on the card received with your package. Please be sure when coloring hair to to see a professional!
